The legal documents contained on this page are provided for the benefit of current and future Tier Four customers. If you have any questions regarding these documents, please contact your Account Manager. Tier Four periodically changes and updates its agreements. Service Agreement

Tier Four's service agreement is an integrated agreement. Several documents comprise the agreement. Each Standard Service Agreement includes the Service Order Agreement, the Master Service Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy and one or more Service Level Agreements (see below).

The Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) policy document outlines various prohibited actions and policies related to Services provided by Tier Four as part of the Service Agreement. The Service Order Agreement may override any portion of the Acceptable Use Policy. Changes to the Acceptable Use Policy should be made to the SOA. 2.0
The Master Service Agreement (MSA) contains standard, default information regarding billing and payment terms, contract term, early cancellation, jurisdiction, and much more. The Master Service Agreement integrates all of the other documents (Service Order Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and SLAs) into the Service Agreement. The Service Order Agreement may override any portion of the Master Service Agreement. Changes to the Master Service Agreement should be made to the SOA. 2.2

This is an example of a standard Service Order Agreement (SOA). The Service Order Agreement is the document that is signed when the Service Agreement is entered into.

Any changes to the Service Agreement are made in the Service Order Agreement. Please instruct your legal counsel to make required changes to the Service Order Agreement. Our legal department will review them prior to the execution of the agreement. The Master Service Agreement states that any items listed in the Service Order Agreement supercede items listed in the Master Service Agreement.

Service Level Agreement

The following service level agreements are apply to services provided by Tier Four to its colocation customers.
